Many thanks for last Thursday as i a m still not smoking Tobacco and haven’t even thought about doing so either. I had serious mood swings the next day but no cravings.
Just to let you know also that i do not usually wake up till mid morning so that why you always miss me when you call.

Pleased to say that I haven’t smoked a cigarette since the day with you. As you say it’s more of a mental addiction to get over. There were a couple of days where I wanted to smoke and it doesn’t help as all my colleagues smoke but I resisted.
Thanks for your help and you may get calls from my colleagues who also want to stop smoking.

I’ve only stopped smoking!
I haven’t now smoked since the treatment. The big test for me was on Friday night when I went out and drank alcohol…..I got very pissed and didn’t smoke!! Great I am very happy…thank you, I will recommend you to many friends who wants to stop smoking….the easy way.
